0165(2)(c) The phone in the classrooms had long cords forming a loop. 0165(2)(d) There were plastic bags in between the cots that were accessible to children and pose a suffocation hazard. In addtion, the children's extra clothing is stored in plastic bags accessible to children in their individual storages.
